One Legged Wheel Pose test a Yogi’s strength and balance and stretches the shoulders, chest, and whole front side of the body. Some preparatory postures include Bridge Pose, try it with lifting one leg to prepare for the One Legged Wheel Pose.

To do One Legged Wheel Pose, move into Full Wheel Pose and once stable lift the right of left leg to a 45 degree angle. Hold for a few breaths and release.
