To do Reclined Thunderbolt Pose, begin in Hero Pose and move the elbows to the mat. Next, move the elbows, laying the back onto the mat. Once laying flat, move the top of the head to the mat placing the hands on the feet. Consult an advanced Yogi for help getting into this posture, it can be difficult!
